Oli is a Partner in Baringa’s People and Process Excellence practice, leading Baringa’s Operational Excellence capability and its alignment with Organisational Agility and Intelligent Automation. Oli’s experience and main focus is in helping clients shape and deliver their most complex business and technology programmes, with a particular slant towards cost optimisation and transformation. His clients span the Products & Services sector, including: Consumer Goods, Retail, Telco, Media, Technology, Pharma & Life Sciences.
Oli’s career spans almost twenty years, with a balance of experience working within consulting and industry. During his time in industry, Oli worked for organisations such as Toyota and BT. At Toyota, as a Process Design Engineer, he led teams in the UK and Japan; while at BT, Oli was the Transformation Director for Continuous Improvement in Openreach, as well as the Lead-To-Cash E2E process owner, leading on all new product transformation and process innovation.
Oli works most frequently at C-level and with the Transformation Director community, supporting clients with their operational transformation journeys to reduce their cost base, re-design their operating model and processes to serve their customers better, shape and deliver transformation programmes to deliver hard benefits, and deliver synergy benefits post merger or acquisition.
Oli is married with two daughters, who certainly keep him on his toes. He spends most of his time outside of work with his family in London, either entertaining or on some form of home improvement project. He likes to stay healthy and is a keen sportsman… being an Arsenal supporter, usually his success comes from the tennis court rather than the football pitch.
