Annika Brouwer, Sustainability Specialist, Ninety One 

Annika oversees climate transition within and beyond Ninety One’s portfolio. She has contributed to the development of a Transition Plan assessment framework for Ninety One’s investment teams and works closely with investment teams as they assess corporate transition plans. She also leads on climate-related strategic engagements and corporate reporting and has a strong focus on emerging markets.  

Annika has over 10 years of experience advising corporate and governments on transitioning their business models, portfolios, and policies to be more inclusive of people and planet. 

 

Astrid Hoegsted, Climate Lead, Nordea Asset Management 

Astrid drives Nordea's climate transition agenda, with a particular focus on Nordea's ambition to support the low-carbon transition through its investments. 

She oversees the development of a suite of quantitative analytical tools that allows for portfolio and company level Paris alignment analysis, and works closely with investment teams on sectoral pathway analysis, integration of climate risks and opportunities, and climate-related engagements. 

She has 10 years of experience in the ESG space, working with both investors and companies to assess and manage social and environmental impacts
