Covid-19: Energy, utilities and resources

Energy remains an essential building block of society throughout the Covid-19 crisis. Flexible generation, resilient networks, and reliable energy retailing are a cornerstone as economies start to transition to a ‘new normal’, and our horizon moves from immediate crisis management to a longer-term outlook.

The energy sector is unique in a way that investment and recovery stimuli introduced here have the potential to not only kick-start economic recovery, but also support our ambitions for a decarbonised future and the energy transition.
