2020 marks the fourth year of Baringa’s annual CASS Survey. This year ~50 participants have shared their views on a wide variety of topics, including governance and culture, annual audits, technology, and of course the impact of Covid-19 on CASS operations and compliance.
This year for the first time we will be publishing the results of the survey in a series of bite-size papers over the course of October before consolidating these into a single summary report which we will launch during a webinar presentation on November 5.
This is the first of four papers to be released and it will examine a summary of the survey population, followed by a closer look at some of the concerns and challenges encountered by firms responding to the Covid-19 crisis. Subsequent topics to be covered are as follows:
Week 2: Audit, trends across risks, controls, incidents, and breaches
Week 3: Technology, governance and culture
Week 4: Outsourcing, firms’ biggest risks, challenges, and costs

These papers will be consolidated these into a single summary report which we will launch during a webinar presentation on 5 November, 8.30-10.00 BST. If you would like to join this webinar you can register by clicking here.
