Transparency in sustainable finance: it's more than a tick box exercise

In this episode, Emily Farrimond, Baringa’s ESG and Sustainability lead, speaks to Natalia Cermeno, Expert in ESG and Sustainable Finance at Baringa, and Wendy Whewell, Head ESG & Climate Change, Corporate & Commercial Banking at Santander UK, about the role of sustainable finance in driving positive change. Join us to hear why a structured approach to ESG is necessary to enable businesses to make informed decisions and equip them for future challenges in the new sustainable world. The risk of greenwashing is heightened with the new wave of ‘green’ financial products and a lack of transparency in sustainable finance opens this up to widespread abuse.
