Baringa Germany has been named a Great Place to Work for the fifth consecutive year. This year, Baringa stands out for being recognised in three categories: we are a Great Place to Work in North Rhine-Westphalia (10-49 employees), we are a great Place to Work in the small and medium sized company category (20-49 employees), as well as in the in the consulting industry (10-49 employees).
The award is based on an anonymous and representative survey of employees. Topics of the survey include trust in the company’s leadership, team spirit, fairness, appreciation, respect, and identification with the company. In addition, the management team contributes to a culture audit which measures and programmes have been set up to create an attractive workplace culture.
"The award recognised a workplace culture that is characterised by trust, pride and team spirit," says Andreas Schubert, Managing Director at the Great Place to Work Institute. "An attractive corporate culture that promotes commitment and innovation is key to economic success and mastering important future tasks, especially in the current Corona-situation."
Oliver Schlicht, Partner at Baringa, says: "We are very proud to have created such a great working environment together with our employees. Baringa's goal has always been to offer a unique type of consultancy to our clients and our employees. The recurring successes in Great Place to Work are a fantastic affirmation that we are succeeding in this."
