Energy Source includes investment-grade, pan-European market data and projections, including: Power prices, renewable capture prices, REGO/GoO prices, grid carbon intensity, portfolio analytics and PPA evaluation engine. Updated quarterly, with daily live price feeds in development
How often is it updated?
The core market projections and datasets are updated quarterly. Energy Source's European market projections, power prices, certificates and carbon datasets are refreshed quarterly and incorporated into the platform.
Can users upload their own portfolio data?
Yes. The platform is designed for users to upload and model their own portfolio, including own demand, PPAs, hedges and can soon evaluate behind-the-metre energy assets.
Which PPA structures can be compared?
Corporate PPAs: Baseload or Pay as produced, Physical or Financial, Generic asset profile or location-specific profile (using asset coordinates). Behind-the metre assets including private wire PPAs and self-funded assets are coming soon.
Is training included?
Yes. Platform training is included for all users, with onboarding, ongoing support and a dedicated a Client Advisor. The Client Advisor will also assist you with needs tangential to the platform, including connecting you to Baringa's market expertise for more targeted support.
