Beth’s personal interests in living sustainability, promoting circular economy and acting responsibly to slow climate change led to her career at Baringa, supporting large energy users through the energy transition. Beth works with businesses to navigate the rapidly changing energy landscape and make strategic decisions about decarbonisation, power procurement and energy management. Over the last few years, she's helped corporates across the food and beverage, telecoms, airports, water, data centre and financial industries, enabling them to balance sustainability ambitions with commercial realities.

Beth specialises in corporate decarbonisation, renewable power procurement and energy strategy; some of Beth's favourite projects have involved helping organisations turn ambitious climate commitments into practical action. She has helped a major international airport develop a new power procurement strategy to support its decarbonisation goals, advised global businesses on pathways to reduce emissions across multiple countries, and supported organisations procuring renewable energy through corporate PPAs and other low-carbon solutions. Beth now uses this experience to support clients of Baringa’s SaaS product Energy Source, a power management platform. Through Energy Source, she helps clients evaluate renewable energy procurement options, assess PPAs opportunities, track hedge positions and make better decisions about their power portfolios. This blends consulting, analytics and technology to help clients make sense of evolving energy markets and develop smarter procurement and risk management strategies.

Outside work, Beth is a keen swimmer and cyclist, and exercises her brain through a weekly quiz. Beth loves to travel and explore the natural world on hikes and camping trips with friends and family.
