We delivered our long-term power price projections and market reports for both Philippines and Vietnam, performed curtailment analysis for the assets and completed a red flag review of key sell-side market assumptions.

Building a decarbonisation ecosystem across Southeast Asia

Brookfield successfully completed its first renewables investments in the Philippines and Vietnam, marking a strategic entry into Southeast Asia’s fast-growing clean energy market. They acquired Alba Renewables, a clean-energy developer with 1.8 GW of wind, solar and battery storage assets across the Philippines and Thailand, and a 100 MW operational wind project in central Vietnam.
