Steve has led major field transformation programs improving operational output, customer satisfaction, and regulatory performance.
Steve’s work is underpinned by a passion for innovation. He’s helped clients apply AI and machine learning to customer engagement and field service, and has championed the use of data-led forecasting and performance modelling to drive smarter decisions.
Outside of work, Steve lives by the sea in Brighton and loves its energy, diversity, and proximity to nature. Weekends are spent with family, playing in the sea and the south downs, and discovering new spots to eat.
