Ryan is a Partner in Baringa's Insurance practice, specializing in large-scale business and technology transformation across the insurance value chain. With more than 20 years of industry and consulting experience, he helps insurers translate strategic ambitions into practical execution, delivering measurable improvements across operations, customer experience, financial performance, and organizational effectiveness.
He works with insurers, reinsurers, and financial institutions on some of their most complex transformation challenges. His experience spans claims modernization, operating model redesign, finance transformation, shared services and offshoring strategies, data and AI enablement, regulatory change, and enterprise-wide transformation programs. He has led initiatives across underwriting, claims, finance, risk, technology, and operations functions for global insurance organizations.
Prior to consulting, Ryan held industry roles across the re/insurance sector, providing him with a practical understanding of the commercial, operational, and regulatory challenges facing insurers today. He combines this practical experience with a collaborative consulting approach to help leadership teams set direction, build alignment, and execute transformation at scale.
Ryan is known for his ability to bridge executive vision and day-to-day execution. He enjoys helping clients simplify complex problems, establish clear transformation roadmaps, and build the organizational capabilities required to sustain long-term change.
