Ron thrives at the intersection of business strategy and technology execution. With more than two decades of consulting experience, he is a natural connector, bringing together the right mix of people, processes, and purpose to help tech-driven businesses transform their operations. 

As a partner in Baringa’s technology, media and telecoms (TMT) practice, he is focused on helping US telecoms, IT services, and software companies rethink how they engage customers and operate more effectively in a digital-first world. He specializes in front-office transformations, working side-by-side with clients to reimagine their GTM strategies, streamline Lead-to-Contract processes, and optimize customer-facing functions. Prior to Baringa, Ron spent over 10 years at PwC, where he most recently served as a Principal in their customer transformation practice.  

Ron is energized by helping clients tackle their toughest challenges. His recent career highlight? When the senior leadership of a technology giant entrusted Ron and his team to re-design how their sales force of 15,000 people operate and engage customers, incorporating AI to drive entirely new ways of working that enable speed and higher levels of productivity. 

When he’s not helping clients navigate technology change, Ron can be found spending quality time with family and friends in Chicago, his lifelong home. He also loves a good game of pickleball. A former tennis player, he discovered the sport during the pandemic and loves its social nature. Every time he steps onto the court, he has an opportunity to meet new people – a perfect match for someone who’s all about connection.
