Radhini, or Rads as she is known, is a Partner in Baringa’s Australia team, based in Melbourne. She brings more than 15 years of deep expertise in operating model transformation and executive alignment, with a proven track record of delivering commercial outcomes and building enduring client partnerships across complex programmes.
Rads began her career at PwC in both Australia and the UK, before taking on leadership roles in the energy and banking sectors. She then returned to consulting in a pivotal leadership role at Slalom, where she helped scale the advisory practice in Australia as Managing Director for Strategy & Transformation. Her work spans banking, insurance, Federal and State government, aviation, retail and energy and resources, and has led high-performing teams across Melbourne, Sydney, Canberra, Auckland and Singapore.
Known for her creative energy and collaborative style, Rads fosters a culture of excellence and fun, coaching teams to deliver high-quality outcomes. Outside of work, she’s a film and TV enthusiast, a keen traveller, and never misses a good trivia night.
