In detail:
Louise’s career blends industry and consulting experience. Having walked in the shoes of her clients, she instinctively understands the challenges they face and how to make a positive impact on their organizations. Her path started in private banking, where she discovered a passion for people-centric strategy and execution through large-scale transformation. She then transitioned to telecommunications, media and technology, where she spent over 15 years orchestrating large-scale organizational transformations and high-stakes mergers and acquisitions.
She’s at home with the C-suite, having worked with senior stakeholders across multiple Fortune 500 companies on organizational strategy and change management. It's that client-side experience that gives Louise her edge. She knows what it feels like to sit across the table from consultants, which means she approaches every engagement with a commercial mind-set, empathy and curiosity.
At Baringa, Louise is the business lead for functional capabilities in the US. She oversees operations including process excellence, operating model design and change management, procurement, and enterprise value creation. One moment, Louise is working with talented teams to craft solution proposals for clients, the next she's deep in delivery mode on a multi-million-dollar restructuring project or building and developing the business and team.
Amidst this unpredictability, one thing remains constant – prioritizing the human element. Louise believes that if you get the people right, the rest will follow. By centering people, and bringing them along for the journey, business strategy execution becomes much faster and successful.
This philosophy extends beyond client her work. Louise actively champions women in business and advocates career advancement for people of all experiences and backgrounds. She believes diverse perspectives don't just make better teams – they deliver better outcomes.
Louise balances a demanding professional life with an active personal life. When she's not managing the business from New York, she’s navigating the lively dynamics of home life in New Jersey with her husband, four children, and Goldendoodle.
