With over 25 years of experience in the financial services industry, Lisa brings deep expertise from senior roles across Credit Trading, Finance, and Legal & Compliance at two top-tier global banks. Her work combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution to guide business leaders through regulatory change - from defining strategy to delivering compliance realization and conducting business process reviews.

Lisa has a proven track record in risk and compliance, advising clients on how to respond to shifting regulatory obligations and embedding sustainable frameworks that strengthen resilience. Most recently, she has supported organizations in implementing digital risk strategies, aligning governance models with emerging technologies, and ensuring operational readiness for regulatory audits.

Outside of work, Lisa enjoys exploring new destinations, discovering great food spots, and spending time outdoors. She’s always up for a good travel recommendation or a hidden culinary gem!
