Laura joined Baringa in 2025, bringing her deep experience of pharma customer-led transformation to help clients reimagine their approaches to healthcare stakeholder engagement.
Prior to Baringa, Laura spent 18 years at a global professional services firm where she held a range of life sciences consulting leadership, delivery and people development roles. She has shaped and led a breadth of pharma global commercial transformations focused on Field Force and marketing enablement, capability uplift and turbocharging cross-functional ways of working.
Energised by the intersection of industry expertise and human dynamics, Laura loves uniting her knowledge of pharma commercial with her passion for people-led business change. She believes that true impact comes not from technology and tools alone but from the mindsets and skillsets that fuel them. Laura is at her happiest when she’s helping clients design and build the cultural, behavioural and capability foundations of their customer engagement models that drive distinguishing relevance and value. She also enjoys stimulating ideas on how AI combined with human IQ and EQ can reimagine pharma-customer interactions and create new impact for colleagues, healthcare professionals and patients in years to come.
Laura brings energy, enthusiasm and a sense of fun to teamwork and is passionate about bringing out the best in people. She loves getting to the root of clients’ ambitions and shaping their visions and journeys, while offering her own point of view to gently provoke and inspire along the way. Laura also enjoys voicing her perspectives on pharma customer-focused topics and trends as an industry speaker and panellist.
Outside of work, Laura can often be found honing her pruning skills in the garden, entertaining her nephews as an aspirational cool aunt and conducting late-night rescue missions up trees when her mischievous cats get a little too adventurous.
