Katie’s career blends consulting and in-house experience across global commercial and operational transformations. Having worked closely with sales leaders, operators, and executive teams, she brings a practical understanding of how transformation succeeds - and where it breaks down once strategy meets reality. Her path began in consulting, before deepening her expertise through senior in-house roles delivering change at scale.
At Baringa Partners, Katie leads complex transformations for global clients, spanning strategy through design and execution. She brings innovation to every engagement, guided by a belief that just because something has always been done a certain way doesn’t mean it can’t be improved or accelerated through modern data, AI, and digital technology.
Previously at Dentsu, she helped build and scale the Operations Excellence function, growing the team from 8 to 55 and leading post-merger integration and operating model optimization across 87 markets, supporting over $300M in revenue.
Across roles and industries, one principle remains constant: execution only works when people, incentives, and systems are aligned. Katie is known for bringing structure, momentum, and innovation to complex change, while keeping teams engaged and focused on what matters most.
Beyond client work, Katie is an active mentor and leader within Baringa. She leads the US Women’s Network and supports the development of high-potential talent across her teams, believing inclusive leadership and diverse perspectives are essential to building resilient, high-performing organizations.
