Deb Mukherjee leads Baringa’s cross-sector enterprise agility capability, helping organisations navigate disruption by embedding agility, adopting digital business models, and accelerating value delivery—at scale and with purpose. Since joining the firm in 2017, he has partnered with clients across industries to reshape how enterprises adapt, compete, and grow in a rapidly evolving world.
A technologist at heart, Deb began his career as a software engineer in India and has since led transformation initiatives across Asia, Europe, and the Americas. With over two decades of global experience, he specialises in reimagining delivery models and operating structures to unlock strategic outcomes through the power of technology, aligned ways of working, and shared outcomes.
Deb has a proven track record of building multi-disciplinary, outcome-driven teams and fostering innovation from within the enterprise. He is a certified SAFe SPC, ScrumMaster, Product Owner, TOGAF, and PRINCE2 practitioner. He holds a degree in Computer Engineering and an MBA in Marketing.
Beyond his professional role, Deb serves as a lead trustee of a UK-based charity promoting Indian culture and heritage. He is also an avid traveller, passionate about exploring the world’s historical and cultural treasures with his family.
