Anjali leads Baringa’s work at the intersection of residential decarbonisation, customer transformation and operating model design, helping clients turn energy transition ambition into practical, deliverable change. She partners with energy retailers, financial institutions and government bodies to design and deliver large‑scale transformation programmes that improve customer experience, unlock commercial value and support net zero goals.

With over a decade at Baringa, Anjali brings deep, hands‑on experience supporting clients across the full decarbonisation and energy services lifecycle-from early‑stage strategy and market shaping decisions through to detailed operating model design and implementation. Her work spans large‑scale customer services transformation, net zero and retail proposition design, flexibility and energy services strategy, and cross‑sector advisory across Energy Retail, Financial Services, Government and Telecommunications.

Anjali quickly grasps how organisations and value chains really operate, enabling her to work effectively with senior leaders to cut through complexity and drive confident decisions.
