Amy is a director in Baringa’s CFO Advisory team, bringing over 15 years of experience in leading finance transformation across the financial services sector. Her career has been defined by helping global organisations modernise their finance functions, drive strategic change, and unlock long-term value.
Prior to joining Baringa, Amy was a senior director at EY, where she delivered complex finance change programmes for a broad range of clients.
Amy has led transformative initiatives across major international banks. Her work includes advising on ESG reporting for an international investment bank, where she assessed sustainability reporting processes and controls, aligning them with broader reporting portfolios and delivering actionable insights to shape a strategic target state.
She served as a strategic advisor on a multi-year ERP implementation for a major global bank, helping define the roadmap and guiding consistent deployments across regions. In another global engagement, Amy led a significant team over three years to design and implement a new finance operating model under IFRS 9, acting as deputy global process owner and overseeing parallel runs across more than 80 legal entities.
Amy also spearheaded the transformation of a finance planning and analysis function for an international investment bank, developing future-state organisational structures and processes.
In addition to her strategic leadership, Amy brings deep technical expertise. Most recently at Baringa, she has designed best-practice, harmonised charts of accounts and reporting hierarchies, and led end-to-end ledger implementations—including build, testing, and hyper care. Her experience extends to managing cutover strategies and coordinating training to ensure successful adoption across finance teams.

Outside of work in her spare time, Amy is a proud mum to two young children and an advocate for empowering women in leadership—having recently founded a female leader network at Baringa. She’s passionate about staying active, regularly competing in marathons and hyrox events, and loves to travel whenever she gets the chance.
