"Creating the conditions where employees can thrive is critical for organisations to succeed in these times of major technological and societal change. In detail:
Adam has spent over a decade in consulting in the people and organisation space. He’s a bit of a self-professed organisational design and Target Operating Model geek, always eager to learn new ways of helping leaders develop the conditions that get the best out of their people and enable their organisations to continually adapt to the rapidly evolving landscape around them.
He’s led whole enterprise transformations to develop flexible, adaptive organisations that bring out the very best in their people. This has involved developing new structures, adopting new behaviours and establishing more effective, empowering governance and ways of working while bringing employees along on the journey.
Outside work he lives in the West Sussex countryside with his Irish wife and son, making regular trips to West Cork. He loves getting out in the great outdoors on his bike, running country trails or gardening to burn off all the calories that come from with his love of food.
