In detail:

Adam is a partner in our government practice. He focuses on delivering digital, data and technology programmes to our public-sector clients.

Before joining Baringa, Adam worked for two large consulting firms. He started his career implementing SAP for consumer products clients and point of sale solutions for retailers, before moving to public-sector consulting in 2009 where he’s stayed ever since. One of his career highlights was helping to establish a new data and analytics capability for a large organisation in the health sector. Another was helping to deliver a major front- and back-office transformation for a central government department, enabling them to transition from 100% paper applications to +90% digital, improving customer service and reducing the cost to serve.

Adam loves working with government clients, because the projects have a genuine impact on people’s lives. He finds it exciting to work in an environment where each project is unique and, often, large in scale. On top of that, he enjoys bringing together multi-disciplinary teams to develop innovative, sustainable solutions that address our clients’ most complex challenges.

Adam lives in Surrey with his wife, Louise, and two daughters. Outside work, they lead an active lifestyle and spend plenty of time outdoors, including hiking in the summer and skiing in the winter. Adam’s also a keen reader. His favourite fiction author is Frederick Forsyth, and his favourite business book is Let’s Get Real or Let’s Not Play by Mahan Khalsa.
