Abi joined Baringa in 2021, bringing 12 years’ experience working across a range of industries with expertise in innovation, service design and customer experience. Throughout her time at Baringa she has led several major transformation projects across the public sector, telco and media and retail. Abi is passionate about delivering value for the customer through creating new experiences, leading the innovation team at Baringa and driving our design work across Government. Prior to consulting she also spent 5 years in industry, designing and launching new propositions to market for Sky.
What excites Abi is helping organisations solve their biggest challenges – thinking outside the box and using innovation to meet rising consumer expectations, manage mounting cost pressures and to explore the latest disruptive technology to benefit both the user and the business.
When not at work you will find Abi travelling the world and enjoying the good food and wine that each country offers!
