Baringa supports R.Power Renewables on investment of €150 million by Three Seas Initiative Investment Fund (3SIIF)

Baringa is delighted to have supported R Power Renewables as sell-side commercial advisor for the sale of a minority stake to the Three Seas Initiative Investment Fund (SIIF)
R.Power Renewables signed an agreement with Three Seas Initiative Investment Fund (3SIIF), a vehicle exclusively advised by UK based Amber Infrastructure Limited, as part of which 3SIIF will invest EUR 150 million (app. PLN 0,7 billion) equity and acquire a minority stake. Founding shareholders will retain a majority stake and continue to lead the Company. The Fund retains an option to increase its investment to EUR 250 million (app. PLN 1,2 billion).
As a sell-side commercial advisor, Baringa provided market advisory across the continental European markets R.Power Renewables is active in. As such, we assisted amongst others in renewables revenue projection, PPA advisory and analysis, renewable auction advisory and project pipeline review. Baringa is proud to have supported R.Power Renewables, a key actor in the European energy transition on this transaction.
