Vanessa joined Baringa in 2012, bringing a wealth of consulting and industry experience, specifically in the field of customer experience. Vanessa has spent approximately 20 years helping organisations understand, target and optimise the experience and service they provide to their customers. In industry Vanessa has held senior management roles leading customer facing operations, so understands the challenges and practicalities of driving improvements.
Vanessa works with a number of our energy and utility clients, helping them shape and deliver programmes to ‘right size’ and improve the service they provide to their customers. Whilst the majority of her career has been spent in the energy and utility sectors she has also worked with some of our financial services clients and been an advisor to the government and health sectors. With such a well-established career in this field, Vanessa is a sought after commentator, presenter and speaker at events and conferences and a well-regarded judge for a number of customer service, customer experience and digital experience awards.
When Vanessa is not obsessing about customers, she enjoys being outdoors. As a keen sailor and horse rider Vanessa is used to braving the elements on a weekend, if only to then enjoy the respite of the office during the week!
