We are delighted to have been recognised in the annual 2022 Australia Best Workplaces by Great Place to Work Australia. Overall, 140 small businesses received Great Place To Work certification, with Baringa ranking in the top 30 as part of Best Workplaces.
Great Place To Work seeks to recognise companies with a high-trust, high-performance workplace culture. This is evaluated through its Great Place to Work Trust Index survey with employees. The survey measures the three key relationships that drive an employee’s experience in their workplace — relationships with management, colleagues, and their job. The Trust Index score represents the percentage of employees who consider their company to be a great workplace and is an indicator of their actual workplace experience.
The Trust Index survey results for Baringa demonstrate a strong positive culture. 97% of our team say that Baringa is a great place to work (that’s compared to 56% of employees at typical Australian-based companies) while 100% say that colleagues are welcoming, cooperative and willing to give extra to get the job done.
Globally, Baringa has been recognised by Great Place To Work across its award program for many years, most recently as one of the Best Workplaces for Wellbeing and for Women. However, this is the first time that Baringa has taken place in the award program for Australia, with our performance emphasising how our long-standing focus on putting people first has created an unrivalled experience for our team here in Australia.
