Rachel is a transformation and programme delivery specialist with experience delivering complex change across government. Prior to consulting, she worked in the telecommunications and pharmaceutical sectors, giving her a cross-industry perspective that helps clients translate strategy into action.
Rachel has a particular interest in helping organisations adopt emerging technologies. One of her recent highlights has been developing deep expertise in the aviation and drone ecosystem through her work supporting pioneering programmes focused on enabling new drone capabilities and unlocking public and commercial value. Combining her transformation background with sector insight, she enjoys helping organisations navigate complexity, align stakeholders and turn innovation into practical outcomes.
Outside of work, Rachel enjoys spending time outdoors, whether that's mountain hiking, scuba diving, running or exploring the countryside with family and friends.
