Pratyush is a Partner at Baringa and leads the Digital and AI practice for North America. He brings close to 25 years of experience leading strategic, digital, data, AI and technology transformation programs to help organizations realize their growth and transformation objectives. His industry experience includes retail, manufacturing, technology, telecom, media, financial services and consumer goods. He has served in advisory and interim executive management roles most recently as the Chief Transformation Officer for a $BB public company.
Pratyush's expertise includes value creation, vision and strategy development, transformation program and roadmap design, solution and architecture development and execution management across strategic positioning, revenue growth, cost takeout and risk management for healthy, distressed and clients going through merger/acquisition motions. He has created value for public and private corporates, holding companies and private equity firms of all sizes ranging from startups to global Fortune 50 enterprises.
Prior to joining Baringa, Pratyush was a partner at FTI Consulting, where he led the Data and Technology Transformation practice. Pratyush has held senior positions with consulting and software companies, is a regular guest lecturer for MBA programs and a frequent industry speaker. He has won multiple industry awards and was named one of the top 25 Digital Transformation Consultants for 2025.
Pratyush lives in Atlanta, with his wife and young son, enjoys golf, photography, working on his vintage British cars and big red wines. He sits on the board of a non-profit – Quality Care for Children, which empowers Georgia’s families to access high-quality early learning, care and nutrition enabling the most vulnerable children have the best start and reach their full potential.
