Paul joined Baringa in 2025 to lead the firm’s Organisation Design and People Analytics capability, bringing nearly two decades of experience delivering strategic transformation programmes for global clients across financial services, consumer goods, insurance, and beyond.

He specialises in helping organisations design and implement future-fit operating models that are data-led, insight-driven, and aligned to business strategy. Paul’s work spans complex transformations—from cost reduction and functional restructuring, to scaled agile implementation, M&A integration, and workforce strategy.

With a background in both the US and UK consulting markets, Paul has built and led high-performing teams across a variety of disciplines. He is known for his ability to demystify complexity, translating people, process, and structural challenges into clear, actionable pathways to change.

At Baringa, Paul is focused on embedding organisation design and people analytics into the client’s transformational methods. He brings a unique mix of creativity and rigour, using digital tools and data to guide clients through ambiguity and deliver measurable results.

What sets Paul apart is his belief that transformation is as much about mindset as it is about models. He works closely with leaders to align around purpose, challenge old assumptions, and adopt more dynamic, evidence-based ways of shaping their organisations.

Outside of work, Paul is a proud father, curious learner, and adrenaline-seeking athlete who channels his energy into ultramarathons, dodgeball, and trying to out-cook his partner. His favourite mantra? “Poke the bear to change the world.”
