Nicola is a Partner at Baringa and a senior leader within the Financial Services practice, where she serves as global account partner for one of Baringa’s largest banking clients and leads the firm’s Governance, Risk and Compliance business. 

She specialises in delivering complex, large-scale transformation and regulatory change across major financial institutions and energy companies. Nicola works closely with senior executives to navigate evolving regulatory landscapes, helping organisations not only meet compliance requirements but also reshape their operating models to reduce cost, strengthen resilience, and enable sustainable growth. 

Her experience spans the design and delivery of end-to-end transformation programmes, from regulatory response and remediation through to strategic operating model redesign. She is particularly known for bringing together business, risk, compliance and technology teams to deliver pragmatic, outcome-focused change in highly complex environments. 

Nicola is passionate about building high-performing, diverse teams and fostering strong, collaborative relationships with clients. 

Prior to joining Baringa, Nicola worked at Accenture after graduating from the University of Manchester with a first-class Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering. Outside of work, she enjoys travelling, reading, skiing, sailing and spending time with her husband and two teenage daughters.
