Neena has a proven record of designing and implementing operating models, frameworks, and tools to improve efficiency, transparency, and decision making across treasury and risk organizations.
She’s a trusted partner to senior stakeholders across finance, risk, front office, and technology organizations and works with decision makers to deliver large-scale management and regulatory change initiatives. Standout achievements include partnering with the data organization of a global bank to achieve regulatory compliance, developing end-of-day (EOD) and intraday liquidity stress testing frameworks for a range of banks to align with global regulatory expectations and building an independent validation framework for U.S. regulatory submissions such as Comprehensive Capital Analysis and Review (CCAR) and CFO attestation requirements.
