Naomi Bowman
"The most consequential transformation in financial services don’t begin with technology, they begin with someone who can see the structural gap between where an institution is and where it needs to be – and has the courage and the craft to build the bridge. That is the work I have spent my career doing."

Interesting fact:
I was part of the team managing the Lehman Brothers Administration at 23. It taught me more about financial systems under pressure than any classroom ever could.
In detail:
Naomi joined Baringa in 2025, bringing over two decades of experience operating at the intersection of financial services, regulatory complexity and large-scale transformation.
Her career has been defined by one consistent pattern: entering environments of structural challenge and building the commercial and operational infrastructure needed to navigate them.
From the Lehman Brothers administration to HSBC’s Global Standards Programme – one of the most consequential compliance transformations in the industry’s recent history, delivered under a Deferred Prosecution Agreement - Naomi has consistently been trusted with the work that maters most when the stakes are highest.
Prior to Baringa, Naomi was a Partner at KPMG, where she served as the Global Advisory Lead for HSBC. She also held several senior executive roles at HSBC itself, including Global Legal COO and Global Head of Operations for the Group’s Monitor Liaison Office – giving her a rare depth of understanding of Tier 1 banking institutions from both sides of the client relationship.
