In detail:
Mansi Patel is one of the driving forces behind Baringa's next phase of global growth. As a Partner on the firm's Executive Leadership Team, she is responsible for building the client relationships that define Baringa's reputation and driving the strategic expansion that will establish the firm as a major force in the United States, and convening the senior operations leaders who shape how the world's most complex organisations are run.
With nearly 25 years of consulting experience spanning strategy, operating model and digital transformation, and AI, Mansi brings a rare combination of strategic breadth and client depth. She is known for operating at the highest levels of client organisations, building trusted, enduring relationships and helping leaders see the bigger picture at the moments that count most.
As Global Client Leader, Mansi sets the standard for how Baringa acquires, grows and retains its most important relationships. She drives the firm's growth agenda across the UK, US and beyond, ensuring client relationships are not just retained, but deepening, expanding and advocacy-driven. She leads Baringa's COO network and brand presence with the same passion and commercial rigour, building a firm as well known for its point of view as it is for its results.
As US Growth Leader, Mansi is the architect of Baringa's US ambition. She translates the firm's long-term goals into executable annual priorities, steers a programme of mergers, acquisitions and strategic partnerships, and ensures the US operation is fully connected to, and actively shaping, Baringa's global strategy.
As COO Network Sponsor, Mansi convenes senior operations leaders from across industry to tackle the defining challenges of the modern COO role, from navigating AI and data to building resilient, inclusive organisations. The network and it's associated podcast series (The Rise of the COO) has become one of Baringa's most valued forums for C-suite dialogue and thought leadership.
Earlier in her tenure at Baringa, Mansi served as Global Capabilities Lead, building and leading the firm's cross-industry practice spanning digital and technology transformation, AI and data analytics, people and talent, supply chain and procurement, and operational change. The practice expanded across four geographies and remains one of Baringa's distinctive competitive assets.
Before joining Baringa in 2016, Mansi spent 16 years at Deloitte. There she led advisory mandates for some of the world's most complex media and telecoms organisations, covering cloud, digital transformation, CRM and digital marketing, at CxO level, always at the moments that mattered.
Her team's work at Baringa earned recognition from the Financial Times as one of the leading management consultancies. She holds a BSc in Biochemistry from King's College London and an MSc in Computing from Imperial College London, together, they form the foundation of a forensic, first-principles mindset that has defined her approach to every market, business and client challenge since.
