Konstantinos is a Capital Projects expert, offering deep expertise in transforming major infrastructure portfolios through the lenses of people, process, data, and technology. With over 13 years of experience across the UK, Greece, and the Middle East, he specialises in PMO design and mobilisation, operating model development, governance, project controls, lean construction, and the adoption of digital tools to enable high performance and reliability in capital delivery. He plays an active role in evolving Baringa’s approach to Digital and AI in capital delivery.
Konstantinos has worked across the full project lifecycle and delivery value chain in sectors including energy and utilities, highways, urban development, aviation, and rail. Starting his career as a construction engineer, he later moved into design management, operational excellence, and ultimately management consulting – bringing an end-to-end perspective to capital delivery. He has led the setup of major PMOs and delivery models for portfolios valued between £1–8bn, and has a strong track record in building scalable project controls capabilities, standing up visual control rooms, and helping clients mature their ways of working.
Konstantinos is a keen traveller with a particular love for the Greek islands, and always on the lookout for new neighbourhood restaurants and microbreweries to try. He enjoys following geopolitical developments and how these may shape markets and society more broadly. When he’s not running, playing tennis, or watching European basketball, he can be found experimenting with the BBQ.
