Jill joined Baringa in 2025, bringing a wealth of experience in business lead technology strategy and business led technology-enabled transformation. Having worked across both consulting and industry, she has spent her career helping organisations navigate complex transformation, with expertise spanning data, digital and cloud.
Jill specialises in Life, Pensions, annuities, wealth and Health working with clients to tackle leverage business value through complex business and technology challenges and turn strategy into meaningful outcomes. She enjoys bringing together technology, data and business perspectives to help organisations modernise, transform and build for the future.
Alongside her work at Baringa, Jill is a Deputy Chair of the Board of Trustees at Ara Recovery For All, a South West based charity supporting people and communities affected by homelessness, drug and alcohol addiction, gambling and prison reform. Outside of work she has 3 amazing teenagers nearly adults and has navigated education for neurodiversity and is an advocate of Bristol Autism Support. In the spare time she has Jill enjoys, travelling, socialising and cleaning.
