In detail:
Jennifer is a partner at Baringa, where she leads the firm’s Energy and Infrastructure advisory capability across Asia. Based in Singapore, she works with public and private sector clients on complex infrastructure investment, energy transition and strategic advisory challenges across the region.
Jennifer brings more than 20 years’ experience advising on large‑scale infrastructure and energy transactions throughout Asia.
Prior to joining Baringa, she was Asia‑Pacific Infrastructure Leader at PwC and a partner in the Deals Advisory team, where she led the Asia Pacific Infrastructure Advisory Practice. Jennifer has also spent a large part of her career working in the Temasek portfolio companies in power, transport and digital infrastructure. Her experience spans capital markets, strategic and financial advisory, M&A and project development.
Alongside her client work, Jennifer plays an active role in the broader regional ecosystem. She is a Board Member of the Singapore Food Agency, Co-chair of the Industrial Product Council of Urban Land Institute Asia Pacific Chapter and a Nomination Committee Member of the Global Water Partnership, contributing sector insight and governance experience at the intersection of infrastructure, sustainability and public policy.
She is widely recognised for her deep regional insight and pragmatic, outcome‑focused approach, helping clients navigate complexity and make confident decisions in fast‑evolving markets.
When not working, Jennifer loves to explore different corners of the world and keeps herself fit with all types of sports and physical training. Her favourite way to explore is to go on an early morning run in a new city.
