She brings a deep understanding of how banks work end-to-end, combining customer, operational and technology perspectives to help organisations deliver greater value. Day-to-day, she is often found bridging the gap between senior stakeholders, delivery teams, business functions and technology specialists to drive meaningful change. A recent highlight for Ioana was shaping the Customer Service cross-skilled pods that enabled a leading UK bank to scale customer support in a more efficient and sustainable way.
