Ikveer has over fifteen years’ experience helping organisations optimise and transform the way they work, with a particular focus on digital innovation, operating model improvement and the strategic impact of Finance. He is especially interested in how organisations can make better decisions in complex environments, bringing together practical problem solving, emerging technology and a more connected understanding of how organisations actually work.
At Baringa, Ikveer works with clients across sectors, with a particular focus on supporting CFOs and Finance teams to connect strategy, operations and performance more effectively. His work helps clients build a clearer view of how demand, processes, resources, controls and outcomes interact across an organisation, creating stronger evidence for investment, prioritisation and change. His experience includes leading and supporting complex transformation and digital innovation work across government departments and defence, helping clients define vision, shape requirements, build prototypes and improve decision-making around performance, trade-offs and value.
Outside of work, much of Ikveer’s time is centred around his young family. He also enjoys gardening and DIY projects.
