In detail:
Henry joined Baringa in 2023, with seven years’ experience in public services consultancy. Following studies in Physics and Data Science, Henry specialises in applying data and technology to improve public services for their users.
There is huge potential for digital, data, and technology within the public sector. Henry is passionate about supporting leaders through the practical challenges that get in the way of transformation: understanding users’ fundamental needs, designing human-centred services, and mobilising expert multi-disciplinary teams.
Henry is excited about the potential for AI and automation to transform Government, while staying focused on the outcomes the public wants from their services. He is particularly keen on technologies which reduce the admin and organisational burden on expert staff, freeing up their time to support service users.
Henry has delivered digital strategy and transformation across UK central government, the NHS, and arm’s length bodies, with a particular soft spot for the education sector.
Outside of work Henry can either be found exploring London’s nature reserves (binoculars at the ready), or seeing new music at a small music venue.
