Grant likes nothing more than blowing away the cobwebs whilst listening to progressive hard rock and during more reflective moments listening to jangly indie music from his youth.

Grant is an expert in leading complex technology advisory and delivery engagements, across Financial Services, creating material value for the organisations he works alongside.
After graduating in Artificial Intelligence, Grant threw himself into large-scale technology delivery at a Financial Services organisation. Realising what he enjoyed most was solving the most complex technology delivery problems, Grant joined a large consultancy to super-charge his technical expertise.
Joining Baringa in 2011, he now supports our clients through seismic technology change and challenges. Grant loves nothing more than working shoulder-to-shoulder with senior technology leaders, driving forward their strategic agenda. His wealth of experience – both in consulting within the Big 4 and in industry – makes him a trusted voice with his clients, who appreciate his realistic and pragmatic guidance.
Grant is incredibly proud of all his achievements – from launching a new corporate bank, stripping out significant levels of IT operational cost savings, outsourcing of IT functions through to modernisation of infrastructure and applications. Recently, Grant has led a technology carve-out, within one of the largest Nordic mergers and acquisitions, across four different insurers.
Grant is an empathetic inquisitive listener yet provides constructive challenge to his clients in and open and honest way, to ensure that they focus on the right outcome for them and their business.
Whilst a Northerner through and through, Grant now lives in the Kent countryside with his family and a couple of chickens.
