Evan joined Baringa as the inaugural member of our US Consumer Products and Retail practice, bringing an engineering background and nearly 15 years of consulting experience to help shape the business from scratch. He now leads Baringa's AI-driven industry transformation work in the US, while serving as Consumer Products and Retail’s global co-lead.
He specializes in helping consumer goods companies translate complex strategies into actionable change that teams can realistically execute. This often includes designing and building new capabilities and operating models under high-pressure timelines. His strength lies in connecting expertise across Baringa's global capabilities and using his industry-specific knowledge and experience to solve problems that don't fit ‘traditional’ boundaries.
Evan’s approach centers on authentic client relationships and collaborative problem-solving. Colleagues and clients consistently mention his ability to create environments where people feel empowered to contribute, and his focus on ensuring different perspectives are heard helps create comprehensive solutions.
Evan is actively involved in developing colleagues and championing diversity and inclusion initiatives. Originally from Chicago, Evan lives with his dog Greg and finds his happy place in Provincetown, MA, where he recharges between exciting client challenges.
