A few things about me that might surprise people
I love to travel and am up to around 40 countries and spent several years living and working throughout Brazil and Mexico. I also have lots of varied interests that can surprise people. ranging from golf to wine to being a private pilot!
In detail:
Eddie serves as Baringa’s North America Strategy and Growth Lead, and also leads the North America Technology, Media and Telecoms practice. He brings a broad mix of commercial, operational and industry leadership experience, shaped by senior roles across global TMT organizations and work with complex, multinational clients navigating large-scale change.
Prior to joining Baringa, Eddie spent 15 years at IBM, where he led large systems integration and consulting teams across the TMT sector. He subsequently held several roles in the media and education industries, first leading shared services at Pearson and later as the COO at ETS.
He was drawn to Baringa by his experience as a client of the firm, coupled with a desire to apply his diverse industry experiences to help other clients solve their own business challenges. With a focus on enterprise value creation, Eddie’s work covers a wide range – from driving top-line growth, to efficiency and cost optimization, to organizational performance and change.
No matter the specific goal, the common thread is helping large, established global businesses make bold transformation bets – and succeed. Whether that’s because of a shift in consumer expectations, a pivot in go-to-market approach, or digital disruption, Eddie helps his clients navigate critical moments, embed change and emerge stronger.
Beyond the TMT industry, Eddie also leads Strategy and Growth across our North American geography. In that capacity, he is charged with shaping the evolution of our fastest-growing business unit that many of our multinational clients call home.
