Deepa partners with senior leadership teams to rethink how banks are structured, how they deploy talent, and how technology enables the way work gets done. Her work spans front-to-back operating model redesign, workforce strategy, and the digital transformation programmes that turn ambition into operational reality. Deepa has led Product teams to deploy multi-geography platforms, bringing a strong customer voice into the heart of transformation programmes and ensuring that what gets built reflects what customers actually need.
