Before joining Baringa in 2024, Sakshi held leadership roles at Kearney and EY-Parthenon, where she shaped large-scale transformation agendas for some of the world’s most influential brands.
Sakshi specializes in value creation, organization strategy, and end-to-end supply chain transformations. She has an exceptional track record of delivering complex, multi-market programs that unlock sustainable performance improvement. Her approach is grounded in genuine partnership - Sakshi is known for deeply investing in her clients’ ambitions and co-creating solutions that deliver lasting impact.
As a leader in Baringa’s Consumer and Retail practice, Sakshi is passionate about building high-performing, empowered teams. She is committed to cultivating an environment where people feel supported, inspired, and able to grow into their full potential.
