- Led a 25m/year EBITDA improvement of an asset management transformation for a national electricity interconnector operator. Designed the three-year strategy and business case, mobilised a 30+ person PMO, and redesigned end-to-end outage management and planning.
- Delivered a 15% production uplift at a UK agrichemicals facility, redesigning maintenance planning and scheduling, reconfiguring the EAM platforms, managing the systems integrator, and owning change management and training.
- Led an Asset Investment Planning platform deployment across a ~$750m investment portfolio for a major Australian network operator, defining the value framework, target operating model, degradation models and risk-based investment planning.
- Led the RIIO-ED3 digital business planning for a UK distribution network operator, developing the digital investment justifications and business cases for £40m + of asset management and large capital delivery investments.
