She brings over 15 years’ experience across investment banking, corporate banking, operations and consulting, developed through working in roles across three countries and a range of complex, high-pressure environments.
Ayesha mostly works with large banks and building societies to shape and deliver transformation programmes that improve operational resilience, strengthen governance and help organisations respond to regulatory, commercial and customer-driven change. She has particular expertise in Chief of Staff roles, banking transformation, risk mitigation and cross-functional delivery, often acting as the bridge between senior stakeholders, delivery teams and business functions.
