In detail:
Most biomedical engineering graduates don't end up revolutionizing how companies sell their products. But Alex has never been one to follow a conventional path.
Fresh out of university, Alex focused on developing customer relationship technology. Twenty-five years later, he has carved out a niche as a transformation specialist for leading consumer product manufacturers and retailers, helping re-architect operating models and advance growth strategies.
As a partner in Baringa’s consumer goods and retail practice, Alex focuses on large-scale front-office transformations, growth strategy, and global route-to-market strategy. He brings experience in an array of industry domains, from product life-cycle management to integrated business planning and revenue growth. He built much of this experience through partner-level roles at Accenture and PwC, where he supported established consumer product manufacturers and retailers during pivotal periods of reinvention and growth.
Alex’s career trajectory reflects a unique intellectual curiosity and appetite for complexity.
He has applied this approach to many marquis client transformations. In one recent engagement, he helped a client orchestrate a revenue management and sales planning overhaul across more than 20 markets, delivering substantial profitability improvements.
Ask Alex what drives him, and he'll tell you it’s not just shaping strategy or meeting metrics – it’s supporting people. He sees multi-cultural, diversity-rich environments as laboratories for innovation and creative thinking. Building those teams and helping the people around him succeed rank among his proudest professional achievements.
Alex resides in Atlanta, Georgia with his wife and two children. He naturally gravitates towards endurance activities, but also makes sure to appreciate life’s simpler pleasures. He can occasionally be found outside his house mowing the lawn – a pastime which, by some Georgia South measures, is considered a state sport.
