Having worked across both consulting and commercial technology, Akshdeep brings a perspective grounded in understanding the business problem first, then determining how technology can best enable it. Increasingly, his work explores how data and AI can reshape commercial decision-making and create new opportunities for profitable growth.
Akshdeep is passionate about making complex problems simpler and bringing together people with different perspectives to solve them. He believes successful transformation is as much about people as it is about technology. That focus on people extends beyond his client work. Akshdeep is passionate about developing others, whether coaching colleagues, sharing what he has learned or creating opportunities for people to build confidence, take ownership and grow.
Outside of work, Akshdeep enjoys travelling with his wife, Harkiran, and their son, Khushvir, and discovering new places through their food and culture. He is an avid sports fan, particularly basketball, football, tennis, and cricket. He enjoys cooking and experimenting with new flavours—though he is usually happiest when good food brings family and friends around the same table.
