Adam started his career at a boutique consultancy, delivering transformation for private markets firms and global investment banks. His work there spanned system implementations, operating model work and process mapping. It taught him that good change comes down to getting the basics right: process, data and people.

Since joining Baringa in 2025, he has worked across banking, building societies and insurance. His work spans operating model design, process redesign and large-scale system rollouts. Highlights include helping a building society reshape its operating model ahead of a major platform change, and planning a global system rollout for a specialty insurer. Most recently, Adam has been working on a digital assets programme for a GSIB, focusing on the Risk, Legal, Compliance and Controls workstream. There he helps teams build risk and control thinking into new products from the start, rather than treating it as an afterthought.

Adam is drawn to work where the subject matter is new and the stakes are high. He's at his best turning complex material into something clear for senior audiences. He's also working towards the CFA charter to deepen his expertise in capital markets. Outside work, the gym has long been a constant hobby, and he's recently caught the cycling bug.
