What you can expect
- First-hand experience working at an award-winning consultancy firm
Direct experience on a client project with responsibility for delivering outcomes and real value for clients from day one. - To gain a solid understanding of the consulting business model, valuable experience across the project lifecycle, and new business analysis and client engagement techniques.
- To work in a collaborative environment alongside industry experts and skilled professionals at the forefront of their fields.

When do roles open?
Application for 2026 opportunities have now closed & will reopen next Autumn/Fall.
Can I send you my CV directly?
We’re not able to review CV’s directly. Applications for 2027 opportunities will be open next year where you can apply directly. If you have a few years' experience in a chosen field, we recommend you take a look at ‘Experienced Hire’ roles instead.
Can I send you my cover letter?
We haven’t asked for a cover letter in our applications so there’s no need to send us one if you’ve applied. 2027 opportunities will go live next Autumn/Fall.
Do you offer placements or Apprenticeships?
Currently we don’t host either placements or apprenticeships. We have summer internships & a Graduate programme which you can find out more about above.
I’m part of a university society, can we partner together?
Our space for partnerships is limited so we’re not able to work with everyone who reaches out but we’re always happy to connect & see what we can do.
Can I apply to several roles?
We don’t recommend that you apply to more than one role within our Early Careers programmes. We give detailed information on what we’re looking for as well as what each of our business units do & what they’re looking for in our job descriptions. This it to give you the best understanding of where you’ll be suited & give you the best opportunity for success.
